This policy covers your visit to smettly.com. The individual apps have their own policies, published with each product.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and collects no usage statistics. Neither analytics services nor advertising networks are used.

No external resources

Fonts, images and stylesheets are served exclusively from our own server. No connections are made to Google Fonts or other third-party networks, so your IP address is not passed to anyone outside this site.

Server log files

For technical reasons the web server briefly records the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the user agent. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in secure operation. These logs are not combined with other data and are deleted automatically.

Contact form

If you use the contact form we process your name, e-mail address, optionally your company, and the subject and message in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for a contract-related enquiry and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. The message is handed to our mail system and kept for as long as processing your enquiry and statutory retention periods require. It is not passed to third parties.

This website links to third-party offerings such as bikecitizens.net and the app stores. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that provider applies.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please write to datenschutz@smettly.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).
